Account registration and use are subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time the Company deems appropriate.
9oklotto accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within one to three business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions.
All funds deposited into your 9oklotto account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Company reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. The Company aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's help section. 9oklotto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, 9oklotto's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your 9oklotto account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method.
9oklotto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Company.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9oklotto Platform shall first be submitted to the 9oklotto customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
9oklotto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or regulation, the Company will provide advance notice of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
